In de nieuwe werkkostenregeling wordt een stoelmassage gezien als arbovoorziening. Deze worden gewaardeerd als `nihil´ en gaan daarom niet ten koste van het forfait van 1,4%. Op basis hiervan kunnen de Vitallife stoelmassages onbeperkt worden verstrekt aan uw medewerkers.
De werkkostenregeling in het kort:
Via de werkkostenregeling mag een werkgever tot een maximum van 1,4% van het totale (fiscale) loon binnen zijn bedrijf belastingvrij aan zijn werknemers betalen. Over het bedrag dat hierboven wordt uitgekeerd, moet 80% eindheffing worden betaald. Binnen deze zogenaamde `vrije ruimte’ kan de werkgever zijn personeel gebruik laten maken van vergoedingen en verstrekkingen. Het is niet langer noodzakelijk om deze vergoedingen per werknemer bij te houden, dan kan bedrijfsbreed.
Bijzonder is verder nog:
• Er zijn zogenaamde gerichte vrijstellingen die buiten de regeling vallen.
• Bepaalde verstrekkingen mag u op nul waarderen.
• De werkgever kan nog 3 jaar kiezen welke regeling het beste uitvalt.
• Loon in natura wordt gewaardeerd op de factuurwaarde.

Meer vrijheid
Deze nieuwe werkkostenregeling heeft als belangrijk voordeel dat u geen rekening meer hoeft te houden met de voorwaarden en beperkingen van de bestaande regels voor vrije vergoedingen en verstrekkingen. Oftewel: u krijgt meer vrijheid.
